"I don’t know if it was Brent or Tony who did the inspection but they were awesome. Anything else where I had to deal with Kathy in the office was a dreadful experience. She was extremely rude and unprofessional always. We never got the invoice to pay for the roof inspection and when I called to ask about a couple days later she argued that she had sent it. I just asked her to resend it and she apparently had written my email wrong. So she sends the invoice with no instructions as to how to pay it. So we have to call again and have to deal with the rude lady. My wife called this other time to see if it would be different. It wasn’t. She said we could mail the money. At this point I was afraid of her loosing my money or some other issue so I just went in person to make sure it was done. No actual greeting or customer service when we arrived in. Only time she was pleasant was after we payed when she said “have a good day”. So if you can get past the horrible customer service, you will get very good job done on the roof."
