"I can’t think of a time I’ve ever had an experience this bad. At first Joe Crane was very responsive in giving me bids for my roof/siding replacement. He assured me the materials were ordered and my project was in his queue and would be completed in 3-4 weeks . I have never heard from them again. Called him, sent messages and he has literally disappeared. Buyer beware, don’t waste your time."

"Wow just had one of their drivers in a ram (plate ending in 'U74) roll coal on a bunch of us where 94 meets 364. And then tailgating a car. So unprofessional to be doing that in a with your company's name all over the truck. Seeing other reviews taking issue with this company's driving. Wonder if that attitude on the road translates to their work as well."

"Initially, the work appeared great. We had siding, all windows and doors replaced on our home in 2017. In March 2022, the big windstorm blew the siding from the east side of our house. I called Joe Crane, he eventually came out on April 13th and said it would be covered under the 5 year warranty. He would order it and should take 5-6 weeks to get in. Since that time, he has not returned any phone calls, emails, or Facebook messages. Today I drove by the business address listed in google (I think it was his home with the business in back) and left a message with a nice lady. I’m so frustrated. It has been 6 months since he was out here - I take full time care of my mom who has Alzheimer’s and breast cancer. I know he is a busy small business owner, but what about your customers…… please fix my siding. Help me!"

"Crane Roofing did a great job on my roof replacement and provided amazing customer service. The owner Joe came out did the estimate and spent a good amount of time answering all my questions and provided multiple options and unbiased recommendations. He alone set himself far apart from the competition and he made himself available for all my questions. After I told Joe I was ready to move forward he had his team out the next weather friendly day and got the entire roof done that day. I got off work early and came home while they were still working and his crew was very friendly and cleaned up well after the job was done. After the roof was done Joe himself made sure to come out the following day and check everything out and make sure I was completely satisfied. They do more than roofing and I was so happy with the work they did I have them putting together an estimate to update my siding and putting in a French door. Can't say enough on how happy I was with my decision. If anyone needs any work done I'd highly recommend giving Crane Roofing a call. Joe was more than fair, provided great work, and does a lot more than just roofing!"
