"Very difficult to get someone to come out to fix issues. I’ve had plumbing issues and flooding in my basement. Owner knows of the issue but I have to call every day, they aren’t making an effort to come out. I’ve been in my home about 120 days and there are issues from the initial inspection that still haven’t been addressed. Just discovered I have mice in my basement due to gaps in my foundation that they just covered with roll out insulation. Their general lack of attention to detail has cost me hundreds of dollars. Do not buy from a Meyer select homes."
