"If it were possible to give more than five stars I would. The folks over at Elliott were FANTASTIC to work with. I'll list my experience with Elliott vs. one of the big box stores for comparison. For the measurement visit the gentleman from Elliott came to my home perfectly on time dressed very well and was extremely respectful of our home. He knew his stuff and was very pleasant to work with. In all he was only in our home for about 30 to 45 min but got everything right. In contrast the big box store sent a person that I wouldn't have let into my home if my wife had been home alone. He had mud on his shoes, smelled horribly of smoke and told me "oh yeah we don't do flooring transitions, you would have to do that". Needless to say we made the right choice with Elliott as the installers were as amazing as the gentleman who came out to measure things. They worked quickly and did very minimal damage to the walls, which if you have ever had any type of flooring installed is a small miracle. Please work with these guys if you can. They will not do you wrong."

"I am a 30+ year customer of Elliott flooring for several reasons: Quality of product and installation, competitive pricing, and first and foremost personal and caring service. Ken Elliott and the entire Elliott family and staff have always taken the time to find out what my wife and I wanted, then offered suggestions and enhancements that made our flooring jobs look amazing and within our budget. The floral carpet and parquet floor were installed in 1996. The carpet looks as good today as it was when new! The tile work was done in 2010. Ken and his staff suggested a pinwheel pattern which really enhanced the floor’s appearance. I recently brought in 2 remnants of the 27 year old carpet and asked if they could be made into entry rugs. They made it happen; the rug’s far exceeded our expectations!! "Our experience was amazing! We first used Elliott Flooring a few years ago for a smaller job and had a good experience. When we decided to replace the majority of flooring in our home we chose Elliott Flooring once again. The staff in the store is so patient and knowledgeable. We worked with Wayne and he helped us choose from the many selections of flooring that best fit our budget. The selection process was easier when they allowed us to take home samples to help visualize what the flooring would look like in our home. When it came to installation, the installers were courteous, professional, and took care of our home. They called each morning to let us know they were on their way. They arrived on time. When they arrived the first day, they discussed with us their plan for the flooring completion. When they left one evening, they took extra steps to place carpet strips over the tack strips they installed so we, and the dog, wouldn’t step on them overnight. They took such good care when installing that I did not find a single scratch on my recently painted walls. They also cut some carpet squares for us to use as area rugs. They completed the install in the time frame they estimated and everything looks wonderful. I highly recommend using Elliott Flooring!!"
