"I had my tractor there for a full year before the winter started. I told them it needed a carburetor because the carburetor was leaking gas. They told me they fixed it three times and I wrote it home because I lived 10 minutes away. I kept bringing it back because it was leaking gas. The first two times I trusted that they fixed it and I just took it, I drove home. It was leaking gas again there they told me it needed a fuel pump. I said OK go ahead change the fuel pump. Six months went by and then they told me it’s the carburetor charged me $484. If I could burn this company down I would. never bringing anything here again my name is Andrew Ballard and I stand next to this post they got bought out by another company, but still ran by the same idiots John Deere scammers"

"Spend 5 thousand on a mower, shows up on empty gas. Bought the grass catcher for 1600 dollars. Nothing but plastic and the seal around baskets just hangs. Have 1 hour on mower."

"I called the store looking for two new lawn mower tires. They said that they had them in stock. After driving 27 miles to get them, I walked into the store and told the guy what I was there for. He disappeared for a minute or so and returned with both tires. I was there for only about 5 minutes. They were correct on having the right tires. They were fast and friendly. And as always, the store was clean, and the associates were polite. They are also in a handy and safe location."
