"Been there multiple times usually pretty good experience. But the past few times they have tried to upsell me and not take my drop offs. Saying things alike UPS won’t take shuffle bags, or your box isn’t “crush rated” so we call sell you one, but we can’t take your package. But the funny thing is ever time theirs an “ Issue” at the store, UPS comes to the house no problem and picks it up. Definitely feels standards are not being maintained and trying to make money off drop off’s."
