"First of all my name is Tabatha Tibbitts , Not Jackson:that I legally changed years ago. I've been seeing Dr Gordon for about 17 years and yes he's a great doctor . But since Floyd bought them out, and now atrium I have a really hard time getting my refills and I go every 3 months. in the middle of May I was out of some refills which has never happened, it took me five days to get them refilled, as I went through withdrawals close to a seizure and wound up going to the emergency room due to no one could get in touch with him for my refills. You cannot call the office directly anymore, so therefore I cannot speak with anyone directly like I used to and no one seems to care that I was in withdrawals for 5 days and sick. I don't care how big you get someone needs to get their morals and ethics together and do their job correctly. I hate posting this because I do love him and they're kind people there but very unreliable these days to get your meds refilled especially when you go every 3 months and your promised your refills and your RX,s are not fulfilled. Coming from a medical business owner for 23 years. These days very unprofessional and they probably can't help it. I do not like atrium at all I don't know how you sleep with yourself Atrium. I am recently a cash paying patient because I do not have the same insurance anymore. And I have to really rethink about myself returning to this establishment again."

"Not sure if my last review posted or not but I don't see it so here I go. I love Dr Pamela Hearn she is the best PCP I have ever had. She listens and is genuinely concerned about what you are going through. She refers you to the proper specialist if needed and always keeps you up to date on things needed in your care. She is the absolute best. I have referred several family members and friends to her and they changed to her also they also love the care she gives them. Thanks Dr Hearn for being so caring and compassionate. We need more PCP like you"

"Dr. Gordon has been my Dr. for 25+ years! I love him and his wonderful staff! June retired and the merged with Polk and then Dolores retired and time changes...as with the new Generation of staff. Haven is AMAZING! She has taken care of me during all of the changes. She was the only one pulling the weight of many for a while. Some times when you have a lot of changes and new people...things can get hectic, but never EVER hateful and rude. Sometimes the left hand and right hand work differently when new teams come together and business is still ran 24/7 but then they get back into a groove. Have patience and remember that every time you leave a bad review....it impacts way way more than just your thoughts. It impacts everyone’s job and their livelihood and credibility. It’s public! Don't hide behind reviews.... Take it up with them in person! Even eBay people ask you to talk it out before leaving a bad review."

"2 stars is not a reflection on the quality of care provided by Dr Edwards because she is amazing. It’s the office staff that is in desperate need of consumer service training. The constant hang ups and “will you hold?”, then hanging up has been the most frustrating issue with the office staff. Hold times have been as long as 20 minutes, then hanging up. Now, they’ve forwarded their phones well before closing time. You can see the other reviews about the poor customer service staff and apparently, Floyd has done NOTHING to change this."

"Dr Gordon and Dr Edwards are great physicians and this rating has nothing to do with the great care they provide. I’ve known Dr Gordon for many years, worked with him professionally and he has been my personal physician a long time. Unfortunately, Haven, one of his office staff, doesn’t provide the same professionalism or provide the same customer service. Phone etiquette is very important when speaking with patients and her approach and demeanor is less than desirable. I rarely provide reviews, especially negative ones. However, after today’s phone call she made to my family member, it warranted this response. I was at the home when she called and very aware of how the information was presented. It’s a shame one person can upset a patient and ruin their day with no repercussions."
