Our Services Include:

- Mental Health Therapy: We offer both in-person and teletherapy sessions tailored to your unique needs. Our evidence-based counseling covers areas such as depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, and men's issues, with an optional Christian viewpoint upon request.

- Social Work Supervision: For social workers in Alabama and Georgia seeking licensure supervision, we provide individual and group sessions. Our affordable monthly plans ensure you receive the guidance and support you need.

- Senior Care & Consultation: Navigating the complexities of senior care can be challenging. Our team is here to assist with living arrangement options, caregiver resources, advance care planning, and more. Please note, these services are not covered by insurance.

- Continuing Education: We are in the process of becoming an approved provider for continuing education. Stay tuned for updates and upcoming events offering CEUs.

About Our Founder:

Michael, our Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, brings over a decade of experience to Let's Talk Support Services. His dedication to helping individuals overcome life's challenges is matched by his commitment to community service through Watermark Church. In his personal time, Michael enjoys family outings, gaming, and light-hearted TV shows.

Our Approach:

Understanding that one size does not fit all in mental health, we take an integrative and holistic approach to therapy. Beginning with a comprehensive intake session, we utilize a variety of therapeutic models, including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, among others, to create a personalized plan for you.

Insurance and Payment Options:

We currently accept United Healthcare, Optum, Optum EAP, Cigna, Aetna, and BCBS of Georgia plans, ensuring flexible options for our clients.
