"if I could give zero stars, I would. Had a family member come here. Was turned away for treatment and told to go to an ER for evaluation first. Never followed up to check on the patient. Family member was charged $150 up front and swabbed for COVID (why??) before seeing a "provider". Will NEVER suggest anyone waste their time here!"

"I used to see Dr. Sam West M.D. as a psychiatrist and Mary Josie Strother M.S., L.P.C. as my therapist 4 years ago and I only had great experiences there. The staff were all helpful and polite. And my doctors were amazing and helped me through so much and began my mental healing process and understand my illness. I never had to wait too long. So I don't know why everyone is giving this place bad ratings. True, this was 4 years ago, but there are bad reviews on here from that time. I LOVED my doctors, especially my therapist."
