"This is how customer service should be done. Caesar and his team are absolute professionals. Our old hot tub was beyond repair and was not going to be easy to remove. It sat three feet below a deck with little access to most sides. Caesar met on site and came up with a plan to remove the hot tub as well as to install a new one. He came out on the day he said he would, and removed the old one. The next day he connected power, ran it through tests and started it up. I saved thousands over going to a big box and besides that, Caesar is always willing to answer his phone, answer any questions I have and is very diligent in making sure that I was happy with the product and service. Once we had the hot tub picked out, it was installed within ten days. Our other bid was twice as much, did not include install or removal and the hot tub would not have been available until late July. There is nothing wrong with purchasing from the bigger stores but once you meet Caesar and discuss your options you will see why I went with and will always stick with HomeTown Hot Tub.
