"I need to report an incident involving a line associate who works around 10 AM on Mondays at the Brentwood location. He has glasses and is a bit chubby. I was shocked by how rude he was. When I pulled up to one of the lines, I politely asked for the express wash that comes with my membership. Instead of assisting me, he just stared at me and motioned toward the machine. I was parked a bit far from the screen, so I had to unbuckle my seat belt, reach through my window, and struggle to press the buttons. He could clearly see me struggling and did nothing to help. I've never experienced such poor customer service, especially when I was being so polite. This is unacceptable behavior. I can't imagine treating a paying customer this way. He should be fired."

"I came in yesterday to get an exterior wash. As a circle member I am able to go to the towel-off lanes and I want to give kudos to Jacque. I've never seen a person so dedicated and meticulous in toweling off the car and doing the tires."

"I decided to try the Waterway on Brentwood in Richmond Heights. What a mistake! I purchased the Whole Thing membership; at $75.00 a month, I expected my car to be handled with care. The attendant asked me if I wanted the cargo vacuumed. I said no and went to sit on the couch and watch my car be cleaned. I saw the employee open my trunk anyway. I didn’t think much of it. The two employees finished my car, they cleaned a couple of spots a bit more, I gave them cash tips, and was on my way. About five days later, I heard something that didn’t sound right in my trunk. When I lifted the hatch, I noticed the latch to the trunk cover was half off and broken. I went to show the manager and recorded the damages. He said the GM would look at the surveillance video and call me. The GM called me the next day and said he didn’t think the employee caused the damage because the employee said that he didn’t do it. The GM probably also calculated the cost to replace the damages, as my car is an exotic, luxury SUV, and didn’t want to pay for it. He tried talking in circles trying not to admit that he couldn’t tell what the employee was doing in my trunk while he was cleaning it. I asked to see the video of the employee cleaning my trunk and the GM refused to show me. He is obviously hiding evidence that my trunk was damaged. He tried to say that the damage was probably caused by me between the date of the wash and the day I noticed it was broken. Luckily, my car has a black box and records all sensory data. It shows my car trunk was only open on the day of the cleaning and then on the date it was discovered broken. I’ve proven I didn’t damage my car. Now, Waterway is going to have to release the video and admit they tried to get out of paying for damaging my car. Is this how you do business, Waterway? Customers, If you care about your car and don’t want to be gaslighted into paying the bill when Waterway damages it, don’t go to Waterway."

"Do Not get “interior clean”. Total waste of $28. All they did was wipe dirty towels on my already clean windows, and half vacuum the car. Pointed out to the manager that it didn’t even look like my interior was touched, To which he told me the “interior clean” didn’t really include interior cleaning. The exterior Drive-through does OK though. Bit pricey"

"As a part time Uber driver, it is important for me to have a clean car. I visit this location every day (sometimes more than once) and they are simply the best. Jasen runs a really great team here. The staff here are the friendliest (especially Jeffrey) and most professional of all the St. Louis area locations. Simply the best."
