"I've been coming here for routine service for a couple of years, but my recent experience reinforced that I'll be a customer for life. My car was making an unusual noise so I brought it in to get checked out. They quickly identified the problem, patiently explained it to me until I was satisfied that I knew what was going on, and wrote up a quote - but, they advised me to go back to the body shop that had previously worked on the car, as the problem was likely their fault. The body shop initially agreed with Big Bend Auto's assessment and said they'd fix it, but then did a 180 and refused to touch it. So, I went back to Big Bend Auto... Even though Big Bend told me up front that they don't work with insurance, they were willing to accommodate a State Farm adjuster coming out to verify the issue. The adjuster told me they agreed with Big Bend's recommendation of what needed to be done. I authorized the work, they ordered the parts, and my car was fixed four days later with no hassle. Everyone I spoke with was extremely patient and helpful, and turned what could have been a horrible situation into something fairly painless. It is extremely rare for a business to go this far above and beyond to help a customer."

I know as a person who does not want to understand my car the staff always talks plain to me. They also don’t just tack on extra services. I can’t say enough good about them."

"Big Bend Auto Center gave me the best auto shop experience I've ever had. On an old car, I asked candidly if I should give them the work or if the job could near the car's value. Dustin and Matt told me without hesitation that if they were in my place they would put the money towards a new car. I then bought a used car that had imperfections. Big Bend fixed my issue in a day. The car feels like it is new and I can't express enough gratitude for the advice and the quick, seamless work. I'll be bringing my car back (if there's ever a need) and recommending these guys to everyone I can."

"I spoke to Matt on the phone about an issue my car was having and he said I could bring it in the same day. A few hours later he called and had it fixed, and didn't add any unnecessary repairs when he easily could have. A great shop with solid people."
