"The best place in town they done an amazing job on the stone and it was up within the 5-6 months, I ordered it in December and they had it up in June. I understand they have to work around the rain I would differently recommend this company!!"
"I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Mom passed in Oct, purchased headstone in Dec and it's still not set in June. It really takes 6 months? If you can go somewhere else, please do. Even when they say they're going to call or email they didn't. Communication is non-existent and they don't come when they say they are. They would ONLY communicate when I called them first. They had the stone for 2 weeks before I knew anything about it. They drafted what was suppose to go on the stone but didn't send it to me for approval (until I called them) They have my email (and phone number) but Then the emails wouldn't go thru and they had to send it to my sister's email. Even on the initial paperwork, the placement of the words for the vase were on the headstone instead of the vase. They have the letters stenciled then it takes a week to be sand blasted. I don't get it!!!! Omg!!!! This was the longest process EVER! I just want to close this chapter of my life and move on. Smh. Still waiting."
"This is the first time I've had to purchase a headstone, whn I tell u that Mr. Dan and Ms. Danielle were absolutely the best. They were very patience with us, very knowledgeable abt your needs. I recommend you using them to take care of it needs for ur loved ones. And not to mention the fare prices. Thank you for helping us pick a nice headstone for our loved one. U guy's are the best."
