- Free pick-up service is available. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange your pick-up.

"Made a reservation to pick up car when they opened at 730 Friday morning. I arrive to be third in line waiting outside. After 730 someone shows up to let us in. After waiting 25 minutes for the two in front of me to get there cars I'm told that even though I have a Reserva they have no more vehicles available. Words do not express my frustration and anger! Now my plans have been irrevocably affected and I will never use this location again! Stay away Enterprise Rental makes good on reservations..."

"Customer service is terrible. The manager is completely worthless. Every time I walked into the building it wreaked of marijuana. Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle I was informed they did not have the van. I was given no guidance on what to do, but was told “I’m looking around.” I was told by the person “looking around” that there was nothing available in the requested vehicle. I was given no guidance. I was told I could call around myself. I replied with “it isn’t my responsibility to find a replacement.” We ended up with a vehicle that was smaller than what was needed. We had to downsize on what we took on our week long trip, which means we didn’t have enough personal items for our trip. We were told at drop off that we would get a credit for the difference in vehicle as well as an “inconvenience discount.” We left. Went to our destination. Dropped the vehicle off. No refund of any sort. I called and called. Every day. Couldn’t get through to anyone. Went to the location. Met the manager (who shouldn’t even have the title.” I was told I would get. 75$ refund (WOW) , but that he couldn’t do it until the following Monday because his manager was out of office. This was 3 weeks ago! Still nothing. Can’t get through. This company is a joke. The employees aren't helpful. The manager should be fired!!!"

"Great service. Timely pick up and drop off. Very helpful and friendly staff at pick up and drop off. Great prices! I suggest that Parking lot enter and exit areas need repaired. We were given an upgrade due to mini van unavailable. Expedition brand new, 6200 miles,not even 2 months old. Many perks and was totally comfy! Will definitely use them in future rentals."
