"Vehicle was filthy and had a noticable vibration at highway speed. The side view mirror was broke, the back seat was full of food crumbs and the cup holders had salt in them. Apparently one of the rear windows had been broken previously and there was tempered glass shards in the back seat area. When I started to point out some these things the customer service person became very rude and condescending."
"My husband is a veteran he’ receiving medical attention we needed a car. It wasn’t clean, chip windshield, engine light stayed on, had to keep air in the tire. Now they charged my brother in law $71 on his credit card claiming he was a second driver when he wasn’t. He had his own car rental and we have proof. His card was only on hold for a certain amount of days then they released it. We don’t need this right now in our life. I just made a second complaint. Didn’t hear anything from the first complaint. I guess they can treat people the way they want to and nothing is going to happen. So Sad. At this point, I will never go back there and I don’t think I’ll be doing business with budget anymore either since they can’t stand up for their customers. This Is Not Very Happy"
"Buyer Beware! Today when my wife tried to return a car 11/30/23, an employee threatened to charge us $400 for cleaning services. The problem is that the car was clean just had normal usage dust! She had to go and vacuumed the car herself. I've used Budget for years and I never had to clean my car. Never renting from this location again! Careful with this scam!"
"So the car wasn’t clean and the gas was not full but the service at the front desk was probably the best service I have had out of any car rental place. That’s why I’m giving it a five. We all know how important customer service is. I was in he found it. He explained everything and gave me my stuff and sent me on my way in probably less than five minutes like that’s unheard of right? Easy to get to with plenty of parking. I got this one kind of last minute but I did rent for a week happy with the outcome happy with the price, but the gentleman behind the counter I believe his name was Abdul. I could be wrong, but he was fantastic."
"My experience was great! I reserved a mid size car, and was given an SUV for the same price. The young man (very tall, I think named Justin) was great. He offered the extras like insurance and prepaid fuel but when I declined, it was no problem! Returning the vehicle was so easy that I thought I was imagining things. I was in and out of there in less than 3 minutes. Same guy when I returned, as the one when I picked up the vehicle. I rented through a 3rd party, but they attached my RapidRez number to the invoice, which I appreciated. Great location, easy to find, easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend."
