Q C Mart

"I was driving home from doing a few things in downtown Davenport and needed another beverage before returning. I thought about just visiting the local Q C Mart right near my apartments, but saw this location that I hadn't visited yet. I resolved to drive here and get a Gatorade on my way home. The interior of this Q C Mart is much the same as the others. There's a shelf with automotive supplies, several shelves of snacks down the center of the store, and coolers along the periphery of the store with both alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic drinks. I found the Gatorade Zero that I was craving and selected two flavors, orange and white cherry, and proceeded to the check-out. The attendant at the checkout was nice to both me and the other people that happened to stop in to purchase something during the time I was visiting. I was able to pay for my drinks and a snack with relative ease (Google Pay works at this location as well!). I soon left and was on my way home. If you need to stop in somewhere for a quick drink or snack, this Q C Mart should satisfy as much as the others throughout the Quad Cities area. I probably won't return to this location for a while, owing primarily to it being in a location far outside of where I normally work or hang out, but it's clean and unoffensive. "The clerk refused to let me buy a pack of cigs because i had change mostly quarters. And then was extremely rude when I was asking for a supervisors phone number do to her attitude"

"Daughter went in to pre pay gas, clerk ran card and kept saying it was declined, my daughter again looked at her account and it showed QC Mart had taken the money, she showed clerk, the clerk said not his problem to come back the next day. My daughter went in the next day another clerk was rude and my daughter had to make the clerk call the store manager, the manger again said not her problem, that she would talk to district manger when she came in and the store manger than hung up on my daughter. So how the freak is my daughter suppose to get her money, they don't have her contract information and this appears to be a clerk stealing from customers, and they, (management), doesn't care. This place is ran by thieves."

"Stole money from my daughter when she tried to prepay for gas. Clerk ran her card, lied and said it was declined, she showed him on her online banking that QC Mart had taken the money, he refused too do anything about it. She went back today, another clerk called manager, whose name is Heather, the manager refused to help her and hung up on her, very unprofessional on the managers part. I guess the place is in the business of allowing their employees to steal from the customers and hiring rude and disrespectful managers to run the stores. If you can make it to the next station down the road, I highly suggest it or you might be paying for clerks and mangers "personal bonuses.""
