"I reloaded a gift card of speedways with $300 cash Bring my gift card's balance to $409 and some change I was then instructed to pump my Fuel first and then pay afterwards. When I came back in to pay, my card was declined. Even though I just paid $300 cash and had a $109 previously on it. The employees then instructed me to leave my card number so they could charge it at a later time through a third party. Had to call corporate and have corporate called them to settle this problem. This is very alarming. Never in my life.Have I ever experienced this anywseem?Like some real scam artist working here. BEWARE!!!"
"I got gas here in the amount of $40, then they took the $40 plus another $126 out of my account!! Everytime I try to call it won’t even ring or it automatically disconnects the call!!"
"If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a fairly new location and to be such a new location they really don't care. They are rude to their customers. When they are confronted they laugh. The only person in there that works that is decent is the gentleman who works in the kitchen. If I didn't have to do business here for my job I would never come here."
"Last week I tried gas there because it was cheaper (at least according to their sign but was wrong) and convenient sat there for 10 minutes and made it all the way to $0.42. Tried a grade higher at different pump. 5 minutes later made it to $1.12. Left and went to loves. Tonight I tried it again. First outside sign says about $0.40 cheaper then it actually is then it makes me go inside to prepay and won’t take card at the pump so I do and after standing in line for 15 minutes waiting for an employee to actually come to register. My gas tank didn’t hold it all so I go back in for my change and the cashier argues with me that the pump says it took it all and he isn’t giving me my change back. Rip off company at its finest. Don’t go there. I’ll pay more or run out of gas on the side of the road before even thinking of returning."
"Nice, new facility in 2021. Many pumps, each with choices for fuels. The c-store has plenty of options for food and drink, and even has some chairs and counters in the corner at which to eat. The bathroom has been clean each time I've visited, which is nice when stopping after hours on the road. A quick off-and-on from I-80 at the Northwest Blvd. exit."
