"I was very disappointed on the way this whole process was. I applied with my husband almost a month ago and been working with someone to process our application. When I called to get any information they never answer their phone or contact you back. I feel like a stalker calling everyday but i just want someone to tell me if we are approved or denied. I really was interested in living here but if the communication is like this I don’t know if this is the place for me."
"We moved out last June and PAID them to break our lease. We are STILL receiving letters from collection agencies saying we owe Five Seasons money. We never even received our deposit back. This is ABSOLUTLY RIDICULOUS. I have spoken with Management multiple times and he assured me it would be taken care of and that I did not owe them any money and there must have been some error. It has not be taken care of, and now our credit is taking a hit for NO REASON. I am beyond upset. Do not recommend."
"Five Seasons is by far the best community in the Quad Cities area and it is clear they take great care of it on a daily basis. The staff is very kind and helpful and they go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of no matter the circumstance. I definitely recommend living here if you are looking for a nice safe place!"
