Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, we offer a wide range of vehicles to suit your needs, from intermediate cars to full-size four-door vehicles.
Take advantage of our special offer: enjoy one day free of the daily time and mileage charges on rentals of three days or more for intermediate (group C) through full-size four-door (group E) cars. Please note that taxes, concession recovery fees, customer facility charges, and fuel charges are extra. Optional items and surcharges may also apply. This offer is valid at Budget locations in the contiguous U.S., excluding the New York Metro area, and must be redeemed by December 31, 2024.
Our Dubuque location is within the terminal at Dubuque Regional Airport (DBQ), with a short walk to the car lot, making it easy and convenient for flyers. For added convenience, we offer a free pick-up service—simply call us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange your pick-up.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please note that we are closed on major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, and Labor Day.

"My advice, do not do it. Terrible!! Prepaid a month ahead to ensure vehicle we needed would be there upon arrival. They opened late, person at counter was asked to "cover" the employee who was unable make it in to work. Person covering was not even an employee of this company!!! Seriously what more could happen, well a lot... car we rented, Prepaid was not there, normally they would havecomparable. NOT HERE!! There was another option for us though _ wait the 2 hours till they could get a van from another location or....drive two hours in the opposite direction. Sadly we left without refund, car or an apology!!"
"They opened late, and the employee knew very little about his job. We reserved car seats and paid for them, but then they did not have them when we arrived. They also did not have the car we had booked available. I would not rent from here again."
"We had a reservation for noon, and when we called to see if it was ready a little after noon, they said they didn't have any cars. They also don't accept the pre-registration, so no point in doing that. And if the driver's name is different than the person paying for the car, they will not rent to you. Also be aware you will have to give them your SSN and run a credit check. None of that info was provided during registration. We went there 15 min before they closed wince they kept telling us the car wasn't ready. Finally got one by 3:30 (after they closed). Many other people were also still waiting for their cars."
