"Usually I come by and the cookies are amazing, but their customer service is consistently terrible. I always feel like im bothering and annoying the employees by wanting to order. Last I stopped by was Saturday. They havent been taking cash for a very long time, but now they aren't taking cash or card - you can only order online through their website. Additionally, when i walked in, the employees looked at me and no one said a thing or greeted me. No one said hi or anything. I would've went through the trouble of checking out their website to order, but why would I give money to a business who doesn't know how to do what toddlers know how to accomplish naturally - saying thank you, hello, and goodbye. Hopefully they are able to hire a new set of employees soon so it feels like a friendly environment. In the meantime, it will be a while before I recommend this establishment. But if you don't mind atrocious customer service, their cookies are the bomb."

"A little bit on the pricey side, especially the deluxe cookies, but that was characteristic for a business in the area. I got a combination of flavors and while I wasn’t impressed by the snickerdoodle, the chocolate chunk and peanut butter were both really good. Excellent late night snack on occasion."

"Oh My....Where do I Start? The cookies are Very Addictive & Warm. The smell is very Therapeutic. The customer service was Superb. They sell ice cream but I did not try it this time. My 1st time trying the Irish Potato (Absolutely Amazing). Found A New Sweetness!!!!"
