"This location is close to my job and I am sorry to say, but their service is horrible unless you are a regular. At any location I visit in the St. Louis area, when they see someone walk through the door, they greet the customer. This has happened on several occasions, and once again I walked through the door and no one including the barista who fixed my order said anything. I spoke to the barista first with a good morning and they said thanks lol. I will no longer be patronizing this location. Today was the last day they are getting any more of my money. If I want Starbucks, I am sticking to the location in my area. Don’t waste your time or money and no they weren’t super busy enough as they were joking with someone who appeared to be a regular. I’ve worked in customer service for years and know the value of greeting customers as they walk through the door. They need training on what that looks like and not just greet the customers that look like them, but also the ones that don’t."

"First the coffee and service review, great coffee and service. Second, the service and care in general, just bought coffee for my wife, myself, and a small peppermint mocha for my son. We crossed the street and my son tripped, scraped his knee and spilt his coffee. One of the ladies not only came outside to check on him but also made him a new coffee and supplied us with some band aids and neosporin. They didn’t have to do that but it meant the world to us. Thank yall for the care!"
