"Don't understand the hype behind Crumbl Cookies. We got these for the second time. The first batch we had was in Houston and even that didn't blow our minds like it does for the people who rave about it. The cookies have a fantastic concept, new flavors each week/month, they do have a friendly staff, but it's not worth the $20+ in my humble opinion. The cookies don't last long enough whether they stay in the refrigerator or stay outside at room temperature. (The taste certainly changed from day one to day four) They are good when warmed up, but I didn't enjoy them straight off the refrigerator. The center feels slightly doughy and the cookies are way too thick for my liking. They are certainly very high on sugar content because a half cookie was enough to give my five year old nephew a sugar rush that lasted for hours. Nestle Toll House dough definitely beats these cookies and would be a 10 on 10 if it did the flavors Crumbl offers."
