"Went here to upgrade my phone and better off doing it online. No prices on anything in the store. Told the Erik I needed a screen protector. He must have grabbed the most expensive one at 40 dollars. Couldn’t tell him I no bc it was already on the phone. Come home and look at my bill. Got charged 60 dollars in fees just for him to set it up. That is separate from the activation fee. 60 dollars to sit there and tap a couple buttons then will get charged another 35 for activation on my bill. Never going to another Verizon store again."
