"What's the point of your store if you don't sell phones? I walked in with the intent to buy a phone, had enough to cash to outright buy said phone, and got told no. This isn't a car, a home, or another big purchase I don't need you to lease me out a phone and make it where I have to pay a monthly installment like it's a car note. People have enough monthly fees theirs no reason I should be able to walk into your store with $3,000 in cash and leave with nothing when I wanted to buy a phone. Just sell me the phone Jesus Christ your website sells phones without an installment plan so why in the hell won't an in store location do it. At&t? No you guy's are just Rent-A-Center/National Rent to Own - Phone's Edition."
