"After wrestling with some companies that were a bit closer to where we live and getting absolutely nowhere, I was put in touch with Freedom Appliance. They were actually recommended by the manufacturer of our refrigerator (LG). The unit needed a new compressor. They answered the phone right away. No recording or voicemail (love that). Denise was great. Got us scheduled for work that very day. And Mike came out when promised and had the new compressor installed in about an hour. Pricing was way better than estimates I got from any other company. And they outlined all of my options, as far as working with LG through the warranty process. Great company, fantastic people, and such a relief to work with them after two bad experiences with other companies. Highly recommend these folks for any appliance issues."

"Mike came out with Clayton to service our LG refrigerator. They were considerate in calling ahead with their arrival time, friendly and knowledgeable in conversations/questions, and professional in their service. I'm grateful that we purchased an extended warranty with our refrigerator, and I'm grateful for their service in providing and installing a new compressor! Because our refrigerator opens up to our kitchen island and it's a snug fit, they had to move the fridge out on slides. They used utmost care in moving the fridge and all went very smoothly. "We have an LG product and this is the company that LG uses for warranty work. We could not be happier with the level of service and professionalism from this company and technician. They were very easy to deal with, and scheduling gave us a very small window of time that the tech would be there so we did not have to wait an entire day for him. We were told he would be there between eight thirty and nine and he was. The gentleman came in had all of his tools and equipment laid out on a work sheet to protect the hardwood floor and in no time had everything changed out and cleaned up and had our refrigerator working."

When Sara explained to me they had compressors on hand and the repair would be at the time of service that was comforting to know our refrigerator would be repaired asap. No waiting for someone to come back and schedule another appointment was a huge relief when your refrigerator is broken. I spoke to Sara this morning and she scheduled us for our repair within 2 days. I received a text message and she said the technician was close by and finished early for the day and said he would be happy to come right then to repair our refrigerator. I was more than thrilled.
