"My problem isn’t with the store but with USCellular & since this is the store I purchased the phone from leaving the review here. Their customer service said if I paid the phone off they would unlock my sim, now they’re saying it can take 6mos! I paid for the phone; there is no reason to keep the SIM locked. It’s not my fault they’re service is overpriced & T-mobile offered me a much better deal."

"2 hr 15 minutes wait time to get started with the only rep in store, then once the plan was switched over found out they only had one of the phones left for the promotion. 3 hrs later, left with no phones and now have to call customer service and wait for service there too. Not happy!"
