"I can not say enough great things about Eldridge Lumberyard! We purchased a home and wanted a complete renovation. The drawing team work hard and timely on getting this done for us. This was in the midst of COVID. The team came to our home several times to make sure drawings were right. We unfortunately had to put our plans on hold. The owners were so fantastic to us and understood the hold. They have a system in place from top to bottom and give great decorating and idea advice! Looking forward to working with them soon again! "STAY AWAY! I am a builder with more than 20 years of experience. They were to design a home for me and after years of not being able to get the design correct, and not hearing from them, they all of the sudden send me a $4,000 bill for an incomplete, non buildable floor plan. I have a recorded conversation from the owner saying that they were not able to finish the design of the home and for me to find someone else. Last week I get a call from his wife demanding $4,000. We have no choice but to now file suit against them and recover our damages. I have also file a report with the attorney general and the BBB. Stay AWAY!!"

"Fantastic to work with. They ordered me 3 sheets of 5’ x 5’ x 3/4” Baltic Birch Plywood. It is the good stuff for furniture and cabinetry. The plywood was nicely packaged and only cost $190 total, so that’s pretty good. The only downside is you have to stop by there store locally or mail them a check prior to them ordering it for you. Regardless, it only took them two days to get the product I needed. I will definitely use them again."
