"This store does not care about its customers, doesn’t even pretend to care about them. Sorriest excuse for a store. My iPhone screen was frozen. I came in and was the only customer, it was not busy. I told the woman my iPhone screen was frozen and she told me my only two options were buy another phone or leave to go to the Apple Store. I asked her to use their phone to call my husband before making a huge purchase like that. She wouldn’t let me use their store phone, because she didn’t want me to “tie up their line”. I used one of their sample phones to google trouble shooting tips. I told her i fixed it myself, and she wasn’t even interested on how i fixed it."

"I waited in front of the store for 10 minutes for them to open. Five minutes after they were supposed to open I went and knocked on the door. The girl that had been there and saw me pull up to wait for them to open came to the door but wouldn't open it for me to come in. I explained that I needed to drop something off but she refused to help me at all. I still don't understand why she wouldn't open the door even though the store was supposed to be open already. She was VERY unprofessional and rude to me. I have never been treated this badly before. I will never return to this place again and will recommend to anyone and everyone that they should steer clear of this store."

"I was in need of a new Android phone, but due to all the supply chain distributions the selection of in stock phones was a little limited. I decided to go with an Apple iPhone even though I’d never had any experience with one. AJ spent two hours working with me to get my data transferred over from my old Android phone and setting up my new iPhone. For a non tech savvy guy like me that meant a lot."

"I had issues with my new IPhone 12 Pro Max not texting or calling Androids. The AT&T store at another location couldn’t fix it and told me to take it to some other place that wasn’t AT&T and open up a claim. I decided to try the Bremen AT&T location and Dylon was able to fix it in less than 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will always go to this location first in the future."
