"Time, around 12:30 p.m. last Saturday. Situation, I was the only person waiting to be helped at the cash register—waited for 20+ minutes. Finally they took my order (after asking repeatedly "Have you been helped?") and the prep time was another 15 minutes. When I got home, one sandwich was missing entirely; one large Italian Nightclub was missing ALL ITS MEAT. Truly mind boggling. I drove back to the store, from my house 10 minutes away, and they added the missing meat and provided the missing sandwich. No other comments, they were so much arranging receipts and filling orders. Idk why it was so bad, but honestly, I won't be going back to that Jimmy John's."
"First time I ordered from this store they delivered to the wrong address. Phone number didn’t work, I called corporate and they told me someone would reach out. Never heard back. Second time I ordered pickup. I waited a long time for the order. Went I got home the items I received were incorrect. I called and the store did nothing to resolve the problem."
