"Tired of giving this place money for repeated failure. Three terrible experiences, each a month apart. And this joint is brand new (Spring 2024). No employee should ever start a sentence with, "No I just told you..." when explaining that my ticket "got lost in the mix," and that I'd be waiting another 10 minutes (after I ordered on the app a full 45 minutes prior). Chaos reigns here. Not one customer appeared satisfied. So pricey for such poor service. Just close already."
"We walked in with two customers ahead of us and 6 employees working. We were not greeted or told where to place an order. 20 minutes later, we finally placed an order for the Mike's philly sandwich where the employee made the sandwich and didnt bother to ask if I wanted lettuce, tomoato, mayo or anything else they offered. Overall, the 6 employees moved super slow and were not efficient in their operating process. Also, the employees need additional training to ensure customers have a good experience. They need to work on moving faster and providing better customer service if this location wants to be successful."

"Awesome food, great service by the opening staff, and quick time inside the store. As a new store down the street I'm very happy with the location, quality, and service. Generally, jersey mikes is more expensive than other sandwich shops because of the quality of ingredients and commitment to staff. These other reviews are from people unhappy with their lives."
"Exceptionally disorganized. Ordering via the app saves you zero time in the shop. The cheesesteaks at most Mike's aren't very good, or even very flavorful. But this location is bad. So many ppl behind the counter -- how can service and quality be so poor?"
