Now 2021 he states there will not be any of the amenity’s advertisement. Nothing was ever started or completed, he has done nothing !! except sell lots, make millions . November 1 the county’s commission is investigating why he never posted a Performance Bond as required by Fl state laws, why he refuses to give residents any amenities and why’s he trying to sell HOA property. Find the facts yourself by searching his name. You will see decades of lyes, fraud and bankruptcy’s! Stay away from making a mistake like most of us here did in buying into Mr. Trevett’s promises.. A sad Watermans Bluff resident…"
