"Update 2024: Our system sprang a leak. Jonathan Garrison arrived and did a great job communicating the issue and repair solutions. His honesty and quick work will keep us as faithful and loyal customers! We always have a great experience with Ed's Comfort Solutions! Updated 2023: Ed's comfort still on point! We lost ac in this heat with 3 babies in the house. Ryan Gutierrez rushed to help us and had us up and running quick! Won't use no one else ever again! 2022: We lost A/C a week after closing on our home in Kingsland GA. The next morning I called Ed's Comfort Solutions who had originally installed the system with the prior owner. Mrs.Juli took my call and was so friendly and helpful! I explained to her we have a 6 month old daughter and worried about the heat. She explained that she understood and would get a technician to us as fast as she could as there was another emergency situation ahead of ours. Within 2hrs they made it to our house!! The technician was super fast and had cool air up and running again in 20 minutes! Ed's will be the Sawyer Family go to from here on out!"

"We called several AC companies for an emergency appt and couldn’t get one for 2-3 days out. ECS answered our call (not an answering service, an actual tech) and was at our home in less than 20 mins! Local small business with amazing customer service. I can’t tell you what confidence Mike gave us in explaining what the issue was, quickly fixing it, and providing us additional knowledge going forward. As soon as our maintenance plan with a larger corporate company is over, we are switching to ECS and requesting Mike!"
