"My husband and I live in the Kansas City area. We have Jack Stack; Gates and Joe's KC BBQ all within 10 minutes from our house so we know great bbq! We were passing through Wright City and decided to give Ball's Q Shack a try. We did not have great expectations but were we ever surprised! They were out of brisket so we ordered the pulled pork. It was the best pulled pork we have ever eaten!!! It was amazingly tender and they were very generous with the meat! We also tried the peach cobbler which was delicious. Chef B said it was her grandmother's recipe! Chef B was friendly and personable. It was a pleasure meeting her and eating at her restaurant. The prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend the pulled pork. I hope someday to come back and try the brisket. Wished we lived closer!!!"
