"It's McDonald's so I can't rate it as a five star restaurant, but I will tell you that every time I go through for my breakfast , which is early, the ladies who work there always are always nice and my order is correct I have had a few incidents where they forgot a hash brown . But I have come back and politely let them know and it gets fix. Thanks to the morning crew!!"

"Horrible service, and they do not do their jobs properly. They forgot one part of the order entirely which we did not realize until it was too late and completely messed up a sandwich by giving us another. In short the atmosphere is poor and the workers do not care enough to do their job right in the least. Edit: More info. They messed up our order THREE times because they don't care to pay attention at the Wright City MO McDonald's. The Spicy Chicken Deluxe we ordered was mistaken as a simple Spicy chicken first and then when we told them they got it wrong, they gave us a Deluxe McCrispy and we didn't realize. I am tired of having to check everything in my order meticulously to the last shred of lettuce simply because the McDonald's workers here can't seem to comprehend a single order even after we correct them."

"It's McDonald's. And, as much as I wanted to give it higher rating because the people who handed me my order and the person I dealt with afterwards were super nice, they forgot my shake. I drive truck and didn't notice until I had left. Good thing I was able to return. I got my shake."
