7-Eleven

"Basically a brand new location that's already going downhill. Convenient location before you headed into St. Elmo or the mountains, but the way the employees run this here it's going to be another rundown 7-11. Bathrooms disgusting, coffee machines half the time don't work luke warm, pop machines out of order or flat pop, and when you try to explain to an employee what's going on you get the answer I just work here and usually every employee is kicked back in a chair behind a register.I guess that's proper service for 7-11..."

"Good gas prices and new looking store, but horrible service. 7-11 corporate must be lacking a training program. All 8 windshield wash bins completely dry. Went in and asked a worker, she said she’d check and then saw her standing behind the counter with 4 other employees. I asked what was up and she shrugged, looked at a tall guy next to her with a beard and t shirt (the manager?) and he told me they had wiper fluid for me to buy. Let him know I’m just trying to wash the 100 mountain bugs off my windshield while I’m buying gas. He looked at me like I had a 3rd eye in the middle of my forehead. I said do you have water at least? He said he had something, disappeared in back and I never saw him again. 7-11 corporate- maybe create a checklist that includes emptying trash, checking fluid in the wiper wash bins, check bathrooms, put some dogs on the roller? Wash bins were all dry so obviously not filled for at least a week. 5 workers all standing around."

"Their gas price is the best thing about this location. Rarely are there any big bites on the grill and 95% of the time five or more of their slurpee dispensers are out of commission. They say it’s due to high demand but when you live down the street and see them never working in the first place it’s hard to believe them."

"The manager I assume has the worst attitude with jerking things and rolling eyes! They barley came to see what I wanted. I was ordering chicken strips but that never happened! Sad a bran new store already a mess obviously!"

"This brand-new 7-Eleven is a great place to stop at on your next road trip, hiking adventure, or late-night snack-mission. This place is the best store to open on Broad Street since the Taco Bell down the street reopened last year after their remodel. They’re fully stocked with all sorts of snacks and goods, with lots of very kind and helpful staff. I love that their pumps let you use Apple Pay and the 7-Eleven app to pay for gas, and the rewards program is gonna be great for me, since I pass by this area frequently."
