"I Don’t recommend went to borrow a tool from them and was told “I’m not giving out my tools because I don’t wanna have to come looking for it” MIND YOU I was gonna use it in the parking lot So I left and I had my husband go instead of me the policy suddenly was in effect and he could use the tool the guy was rude to me as a woman then all of sudden had respect when my husband was there when my husband asked why I couldn’t use the tool he said “I’m not looking to argue man I just wasn’t gonna give HER(yes he put emphasis on “her”) my tools” as if they were his personal property"

"If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. After making several purchases from this location at one time I ask to use a tool to install a bearing seal inside of a hub carrier that I had in the trunk of my car. 5 minutes is all it would have taken me to knock it in not even off premises 50 feet away in the parking lot Sales person behind the counter said NO! I explained that the 23rd Street store did it for me. Guess what I was told? "Well go back to the 23rd Street store" I couldn't believe he said that! After spending almost 150 bucks worth of auto parts. I'm done! Advance Auto Parts is now my go to store for auto parts."
