"I never leave google reviews but…I was here this afternoon and got a açaí bowl. I waited forever for it to be made while they continued to clean the store. Then someone else came in before me and they got their items before mine and I was already in there waiting a while. When I just got the bowl there was a hair in it. Staff needs a major attitude change. Will not be back."

"Walked into the store and there were about 8 girls standing behind the counter. They all just stared as if I interrupted their day. No one said “hello” and no one walked to the register to greet me. I wouldn’t trust anything these people served me. Good thing I was only passing through the area and I’ll NEVER have to go to this location again. Seriously disgusting behavior and service."

"Read these reviews but tried this place regardless. Smoothie was good, just pricey. But staff definitely has a horrible attitude problem. Wasn’t greeted at all. I stood there for minutes before she acknowledged me, then when she did, she just looked at me. Why am I the one saying “hello how are you?” first or at all? Customer service is everything in a place that sells overpriced food/beverage. This place ain’t it. I’d say you need to hire some energetic people to help the atmosphere and get rid of the blond that was working Sunday, June 30th at noon. I wouldn’t hire someone like that for literally anything."

"Walked in to pick up my order was and not greeted in a friendly manner. The staff was very rude and forced all of my extra side toppings in the bowl, which made it very messy and spilled everywhere when I opened the bowl! When I mentioned it to the staff, they rudely asked me what do I want them to do, and asked them to at least split the bowl into another cup, and he rolled his eyes at me, I then asked them to remake it and he got a complete attitude and walked off ! Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced!"

"I love smoothie kings acai bowls but if I am paying $12 for a bowl then I should be getting fresh, good fruit. Every single time I order one, the bananas are always extremely mushy/soggy/browning. I would never serve something like that if it were me - but that is my only complaint."
