"Wednesday night at 630 came and waited for a few minutes to be seated. Only about 5 tables with people. Ordered a burger and waited about 45 minutes to get it. Burger was OK. Staff were friendly, but wait was crazy for 1 smash burger. Another family left after waiting too long. The place is decorated really cool. Lots of options in building a burger. Overall not a good experience. Amy replied to this and tried to make it right. My wife had knee surgery the next day and so I couldn't take her up on her offer, but I appreciate the thought, so I gave another star here."
"Giving one star because i ordered two servings of fried mushrooms (told that they where put in same container) and it looked like i received one portion of mushrooms, idk how they do their sizes but to me this wasnt worth $15 to share basically a 1 portion size."
"When we first walked in we thought the place looked amazing. We love all the decor. We just thought we'd love the service too but we were wrong. We got our drink orders right away. Took 15 minutes to take our order. We were one of two tables at this time. We had another table come in 20 minutes after us and they got their food first. Givin' it's 40 minutes later at that point. 55 minutes after our order was taken we finally got our food. My son's burger was soaked in grease I didn't even feed it to him I gave him mine. We didn't get the full meal with my son's order. They apologized for the wait and said there was only one cook on staff which if you told us before it might take a little longer we would've been okay with that but we were about to leave. I could barely enjoy my food I felt like we were being watched after that. Then once we were done eating the table next to us got their food after 20 minutes. So explain to me what was different because i looked over at their plates and they got exactly what we got. There was no offer for a discount or anything just "here's your bill do you want to make sure it's right?""
"The decor is amazing and beautiful. The food is awesome, delicious and good pricing, selection. They have a great candy store in the back of the building as well.. GO check them out; outdoor patio"
"Ive been going to Finns since it was in the smaller building. I have never once been disappointed! The food is wonderful (im super picky) the burgers are tasty. The sides are really delicious. The employees are so kind! Always leave full."
