"They took over a year to NOT fully complete the work. Not a full house renovation. I have called and messaged for months to complete the work. Requests are ignored. It is just a couple of small things, but since I paid in full, they don’t care. Very disappointing."

"I can not say enough good things about the people at GTR!!! We had a leak from our diswasher that required a complete kitchen redo. I called TEN (10) local contractors and out of the 10, not a single one returned messages left........and that's the ones who actually answered the phone. One even told me "Well I have 5 projects going now and I am leaving for Florida in the morning. Can you call me back this afternoon?" I was appalled. Then we were recommended to GTR. One of the first things Anthony Hamby said when I told him how many other contractors I had called was "Well we will take care you!" AND THEY HAVE!! They have explained every last detail to us and reassured us that we are in good hands. These are some down-to-earth people who just want to help. Even Steve Graham (the owner) is personable and doesn't treat you like a project but a person. Our project manager, Mike, has been VERY accommodating to all of our requests and even took my panicked phone call after hours!! Again, I can't say enough about this company. "We had some termite damage that needed repairing. After removing about 12 square feet of drywall it was determined that no stud replacement was necessary. After I had it sprayed they closed it up, using new drywall. The total bill came to $697.62, or about $58/sf. Although they did a very good job, I think $58/sf is high. My suggestion is if you use these guys and you can do your own finish carpentry (i.e. reinstalling window and floor molding) and painting, you can save yourself a LOT of money. They came recommended by Cook's Pest Control. First uncover all areas affected by termites, THEN get them to come over for an estimate. DON'T let them start work until you get a complete estimate breakdown - drywall repair, finish carpentry, and painting."
