"This is the worst bus service I have ever dealt with can't get a hold of them when I need to cancel an appointment and they don't arrive half the time.This is the only bus service in yulee and they fail me half the time!"

"I work at a local doctors office on the island and I had a patient with no ride home and no phone come into the office on the wrong day for his appointment. Fortunately, I was able to contact Nassau Transit and speak to Mike who was able to help this patient and give me the opportunity to set up transportation for his appointment on the right day. I cannot stress enough how caring and compassionate the people who work here are. Mike was a great example of it. I definitely recommend this transportation system because not only do you get amazing service but you know you are talking to people who truly care."

"It would be nice if they updated their website to reflect the routes they no longer offer. I wàsted my time and gas traveling to a pick up site only to be told the routes to JAX are no longer available."

"Bus driver didn't show up at the Winn Dixie stop past 4:15 and the one that showed up went past the front of the store and never reached the bus stop before leaving, saying they weren't going to the beach and it was the last bus. Earlier I told a driver that i would board back on. This was my one way to Yulee and back to the island, aside from pricey taxis."
