"After seeing all of the hoopla on Facebook, I decided to give this gentleman a try. Right from the start I used his on line scheduling utility. I got a confirmation and a number of reminders that he was coming. Ten minutes before the scheduled time I got an IM saying he was on the way. I explain what I needed done to the car and he went to work. I asked him if I needed to stay he said just leave me the key. I went on to other things related to my job and came back a couple of hours later and the car looked brand new inside and out. Great COMMS on his part. I love the communication.
