Fusion Ramen

"This has to be one of the best restaurants I've been to. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming when you walk in. The owner was very helpful, attentive, and really nice. The servers were very attentive, sweet, and seemed really genuine with their work. My husband got the kimchi and Spam fried rice. Packed a mild heat but was very flavorful. I got all 3 baos. Baos steamed just right and very soft. Meat was very tender and melted with each bite. Highly recommend. 10/10."

"It was our first time and Bianca, our server, was excellent. She recommended the daily special, Braised Beef Ramen, which was flavorful and delicious. We also selected the crab Rangoon, spring rolls and coconut shrimp. The food was served hot and very quickly. We will definitely be back to try more items."

"Went on a date night here with my husband and I cannot say enough positive things about Fusion Ramen! The restaurant was so clean and cute! It was very pleasant overall! The service was beyond amazing!! She was so kind and attentive! She even spoke Spanish to some other customers to help them better understand the menu. With us she gave us some great recommendations , was extremely polite and was ver attentive! The food was so good! To start we had the gyoza, it was fried to perfection and the filling was so flavorful! Entree wise we went with her recommendations of the braised beef and rib ramen! Neither disappointed ! The both meats were extremely tender with the beef leaning on the sweeter side and the pork was so savory. We enjoyed the season/soy egg so much we ordered a second helping. The portions were also very large. Overall I have nothing but positive things to say. I would recommend this place to everyone. It was just a good experience I just had to share!"

"Service was great. We had Bianca. The spicy beef broth is where it's at. 10/10. Spring rolls were 8/10. Takoyaki 6/10. Ramen noodles were a big over cooked for my liking. Tankastu 7/10. Ambiance: Wooden benches and tables. Padded wooden chairs. Bar to sit at up front. It's too hot in there for Ramen. They need to turn it down. We were sweating while eating. I would eat here again just for the spicy beef Ramen. Parking is free and there is plenty."

"this restaurant is still very new so me and my parents waited about an hour for a table when we arrived at 5:30pm Friday night. very understandable since this is the first authentic ramen restaurant in our small town! HIGHLY recommend coming here :) we ordered 3 appetizers, 3 meals, and 3 boba drinks, totaling about $90 (under $100 for all that food is great in my opinion!!). the food was VERY delicious, fresh, and cooked perfectly. I’m so excited to be a regular here!!"
