"I went in to an empty restaurant, was greeted in a friendly manner. They asked what I wanted, I chose the giant size big kahuna cheesesteak. It was labeled as number 55. The employee said "so a number 17? No wait 16" I said sure though i have no idea what he meant. Told him the bread I wanted. Few minutes later I get a small sandwich with no toppings. They didn't bother asking me if wanted any."
"Asked for vinegar got oil instead and had to ask again for vinegar. Did a horrible job spreading the lettuce across my sub and the lack of communication between employees and to customers was very lackluster."
"Average subs with lousy service. They can’t seem understand the concept of promising a time and then coming even close. This the second time our internet order took twice as long as they promised. Lost my business forever. I’ll go to Publix. Better subs and service."
"My new favorite place for subs! So far the subs have been fresh. Staff has been friendly with great service. My only con..please train your new employees to know when bacon goes on a sub. Both times I have ordered club sub (bacon comes on that) and they have had to be told to put it on. Keep up the great work!"
