"Made a stop to this KFC and this location was absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms seem like they have never been clean. Toilets were absolutely filthy. The food was nasty. The Cole slaw and mash potatoes seem to have the taste of when it’s opened in the refrigerator. Chicken was ok but skin was falling off and just so messy !! Dining room area was not neat at all. I would never stop by this kfc location EVER AGAIN"
"Young crew on night shift are extremely rude and do not know how to keep their shift running efficiently, so they take their frustrations out on the customers. July 4th evening shift was the worst service by far. They were not busy at the time we were there and seemed upset that we bothered them for food. Avoid the night shift!"
"Did a mobile order on the app, said it would be ready in 10 minutes, and said ready on the app before we arrived. We pull up at the drive through at 7:20, they said the drive through is closed and to come inside, even though we explained we had a mobile order. Went inside, we said we had 2 mobile orders that were ready on the app, they said they couldn’t find it. We sat down and waited for them to find it. 6 other people had been there for already 20-30 minutes waiting on their food, we could hear them complaining. 40 minutes go by, they finally find our mobile order on the screen, but still needed to prepare it. We waited almost a hour for our mobile order that said was READY before we even got there. Then the food we got, was absolutely horrible, barely any sauce, dry and overcooked, and what even is the ‘extra sauce’ that I paid $.50 for. It’s non existent. This place needs help and to get their stuff together. Will never be back. Absolutely horrible experience."

"Worst KFC experience ever. Placed an app order. Was messaged order was ready. Arrived 2 minutes later, no order in window. After waiting in long line to enquire, I was told my order was picked up??? So they said they would make it again. Waited 30 minutes in store, order was wrong. Man at counter pretty much ignored everyone like we were "bothering" him. 3 employees in store. Asked counter/register employee if he had been their long, he said "I am just helping" ???. Got survey after leaving, completed with complaint....not a peep of follow-up from customer service after three weeks. Terrible!!!"
