"Not only do they have the best ribs in all of Jacksonville, they also have some of the best music playing while you’re waiting for your food. 10/10 fall off the BONE ribs, their coleslaw is also amazing, their baked beans have a unique spice to them. Their collard greens (Saturday only) are some of the best I’ve had as well. A MUST TRY of the Jacksonville area. FYI it’s takeout unless you want to sit outside but totally worth it. I usually can’t make it out or the parking lot before digging in. Don’t sleep on the boiled peanut stand next door either."

"Beware- name has changed under new ownership. Food was good. Everything was hot and well seasoned. Chicken was dry but at least thoroughly done. Ribs were not quite tender but were tasty. No seating and at a challenging intersection. Wait is 20 minutes after you order at the window. Didn't have tea or corn nuggets- both on menu. I gave it as much as 3 stars because the food was tasty."

"Stopped in today on our way south and found an amazing spot for smokey BBQ. The owners are friendly and kind while the food is just amazing. Perfectly cooked bbq at a great price. We got the family deal whole rack of ribs whole chicken and sides and everything real just hit the mark clean flavors on the meat true respect shown to the meat and those cinnamon beans were a first and just loved em .
