"This facility was impressive when we first arrived. Within a week the staff would tell my husband they would be back and never returned. His a m care was neglected most of the time On an occasion a staff falsified records and claimed to have completed his care. There was an exceptional nurse from Waycross Ga that always displayed concern and care as well as having open communication with family. We eventually had him transferred out to a medical facility due to prolonged pain. This new facility was able to perform adequate tests and diagnosis Thank God we exited in time."

"I received this message today, about my Sister Reta Kiser. Reta Kiser, is weak from not being fed properly. I am bringing her yogurt and protein shakes every day I show up to visit her. Maybe she will get stronger. She was starving and her progress has been set back because of lack of nutrition. There is also an issue with her not being changed and she now has a serious rash. I'm thinking about my next step to get these things fixed."

The facility is very well ran and clean with a family environment. I work along side with Social Service Director Rebecca and she goes above and beyond for all patients and cares for them like her own family. She is amazing as a person and at her job. I always have a great experience with nursing staff as well. I highly recommend the facility for your loved ones."
