"I bought a new/used Jeep. I went to O'Reilly Auto and had them run a scan. I asked the GM Erik who he recommended to take care of it mechanically. Mark was quickly recommended. Already done an oil change. It's too inexpensive Mark!! Lined up first of the year for brakes. The quote is waaaaayyyyy more than reasonable. Lastly he's honest. Or he has this old man buffaloed....and that ain't happening yet."

"Marks Automotive was a blessing for my wife and I the day before thanksgiving when our car began acting up on the way to see her family out of state. They came well recommended by staff and patrons alike at The nearby Oreillys where we stopped at to get the code read. Mark and his staff had us diagnosed and on our way in less than two hours and refused to charge us despite my objections. He was knowledgeable and experienced and honest. My only regret is his shop is far from my home to be my go to mechanic. If you live in this area, or are passing through and need help in a pinch, give him a call. You will not regret it."

"I've been going to Mark's Auto since he opened business here. I am ATC in Hilliard so it's close by for me. Many of us recommend his shop. He has done tons of work for me on many different cars. He replaced a trans on a Ford Escape. Probably 10-15 oil changes on 3 BMWs and a S2000. Today he just did midpipes for a 2020 TTRS. I would describe Mark's Auto as a BMW/Audi quality shop at Ford/Chevy prices. The only time I get work done anywhere else is if they do it for free :)"
