"I shop on a regular at this store until today. Never again! Was trying to get a refund on shorts (tags still on had my receipt and was told no that they couldn't override the computer. Gave me a voucher to instead. I went outside called the corporate office and explained the situation and it was resolved. Had to go back to store to get my money and it was not given back nicely. The manager was not happy to do it. The cashier stared me down. Seems this store has been getting complaints. Will drive a distance before I step foot back in that store. It definitely isn't the store it use to be...Going down and with that staff and management I can see why it's getting worse."
