We are both in the final stages where we have our retainers so we don’t go in as often. I had to get a replacement retainer and they fit me in rather quickly. My son will have to get braces again since he didn’t finish his treatment and I will definitely take him back here."

"My experience at Smile Doctors Vidalia was everything an orthodontic experience should be. I was treated with respect, kindness, and enthusiasm. My appointment went smoothly as Doctor Robinson discussed my pictures and x-ray. My treatment coordinator Emilee was excellent with her knowledge of the treatment process and financial details. The staff is lively and interactive. You can tell they love their jobs! Doctor Robinson is THE BEST around. He is going to do everything he can to give you the best smile possible. I am extremely satisfied and will be recommending others to this location!"
"The staff there are very welcoming and make the process easy once my daughter finally gets back there. The only issue I have is the wait time and the problems a few days after her visit. Appointment may be at 3:55 but not seen until about 4:10-4:15. They seem to have a lot of patients scheduled about the same time. The last two times my daughter has been three or four days later a wire is poking out and irritating her gum. We went back for a correction the first time but the second time she tufted it out. All in all the location is convenient and the staff is nice. Great customer service."
