"I wish I had a better experience. I have been to the dentist many times and have always enjoyed having my teeth cleaned and having my teeth fixed. I have wondered why people were scared of dentist because you only feel the shots and then you are fine. Nope. That is only the case if they do it right. I was instructed to raise my hand if I could feel it and I did over ten times. I told him that I had a lot of work done in the past and have never felt it, just pressure but this was different. He continued without adding more numbing agent. It was intense, painful, and overall terrifying. After about 10 minutes of agony, he finally gave me one more shot which completely took away all of the pain. if he had only done that earlier I wouldn't have had to have such a terrible experience. I am now fearful of dental work and I wouldn't wish that pain or feeling of vulnerability on anyone. He seemed new like he was still learning so I hope he reads this and realizes that if someone says they can feel it then believe them. I will never forget how this made me feel and I hope this never happens to anyone else. Emily Denmark"

"My previous dentist retired about the same time that Dr Charlie began practicing in Vidalia. I was glad to give his practice a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the vast difference from my previous experience. The use of advanced technology and materials was evident immediately. My hygienist, Hannah, was also very friendly and professional. After recently requiring a dental crown, the process was not bad at all. Dr Charlie and his assistant communicated with me throughout the procedure to make sure that I was comfortable and pain free as well as aware of what they were doing. Dr Charles Jordan did a very detailed exam and was able to get my dental issue resolved at my first appointment and he then had a very specific and tailored care plan for continued care. The staff was friendly and quick from beginning to end. Dr Jordan actually called later in the afternoon to check in and make sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions. Good customer service is hard to find some days but everyone here excelled at it."
